At The Tread Shop we use the latest ‘Hofmann Megamount Racing’ machine for changing customer’s tyres. This machine is particularly suitable for Run flat and low profile tyres as well as up to 22” SUV tyres, using the latest equipment ensures a trouble free time changing tyres on expensive delicate alloy wheels.
The Tread Shop is willing to fit tyres not bought from The Tread Shop at a cost of £15 per a tyre.
As part of the service at The Tread Shop we balance all wheels using the latest technology, wheels are balanced to the finest tolerances using a selection of different weights depending on the manufacturer’s specification. Balancing tyres correctly is very important to avoid vibration through the steering wheel.
Environmentally friendly disposal of old tyres is something we take very seriously at The Tread Shop.
All scrap tyres which leave our premises are either bailed or chipped which means that the product is being re-used after the tyre reaches the end of its life.
