RETURNS POLICY
We want our customers to be happy. For this reason, we offer a money-back guarantee on all our tyres. You may change your mind for any reason within 10 days from the day you place your order or receive the tyres and as long as you return the products in a satisfactory condition (as described below) at your expense we will refund your money.
To receive a refund you will need to do the following:
Either (1) call our sales team on 01243 537393 during working hours; or (2) send an email to info@thetreadshop.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return a product under our money back guarantee scheme. We will need you to give us certain information, including without limitation, the products you want to return, your order number, the price you paid (excluding shipping) and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We aim to issue refunds quickly but your refund will be issued within 30 days of us receiving notice of your return under the money back guarantee. This guarantee is open to residents of the UK only.
Exclusions: All tyres are tested and tread depths are measured before they are sent out. The Tread Shop reserves the right to reduce the amount of the refund if the condition of the tyres has deteriorated since we sold them to you. We will not be able to issue refunds for tyres that were damaged due to improper tyre fitting by a third party or other mishandling. Shipping or courier costs are not refundable. Please note that you are under a statutory duty of care to look after the unwanted goods in your possession.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once order processing is completed, most orders will begin to ship to your address within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment dependent on availability. We will ship Monday through Friday, except for UK holidays. Most orders within the mainland UK will be shipped for next working day delivery.
Shipping costs for 1-2 tyres are £ 9.99 to mainland UK locations. For larger orders the shipping costs are based on the total amount of the items purchased. If you are ordering from outside the mainland UK, please call for shipping rates. Shipping rates may be subject to change.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Tread Shop Ltd, shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of the use of any product or service. In no event shall The Tread Shop be liable for any indirect, extraordinary, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages however arising, whether for breach or in tort, even if The Tread Shop has been advised of the possibility of such damage. You agree to hold the Tread Shop Ltd. Entirely harmless from, and you covenant not to sue The Tread Shop Ltd or its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors or assigns for any claims related to The Tread Shop or its products and services.
